Suggest you do as l do Charles and cancel the 1% fee meant to be paid to them. l was chased for it 3 years ago as it hadn’t been taken out of my investment before and l was asked for it. Initially I refused to pay as they had messed up but did pay a portion for 2 years. No more – tis cancelled- Stuff them.
